Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via www.culinafina.com. Prices are exclusive of sales tax in the US and in the EU VAT is included.

 

SHIPPING

We will do our best to send your order as soon as possible. Shipping starts at $3.90 and we offer free shipping over $69. It normally takes 3-7 days for your package to reach you. Should your order take too long time to arrive then please let us know so we can help you!

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing products on the website as a customer you are always offered a  30 day withdrawal period. This means that the customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Culina Fina by e-mailing info@culinafina.com  within 30 days from when the customer received the product ordered. 

 

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

If we have made a mistake, or if the goods have been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at  info@culinafina.com so that we can arrange for either a refund or a replacement. We will do our best to set things right straight away!

 

CHANGE ERRORS

Culina Fina shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the website, such as errors in the product description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. Culina Fina is entitled to rectify such errors and, at any time, to change or update the information. 

 

DISCOUNT CODES  

Please note that codes can't be combined with other codes or offers. The discount codes are only valid for one buy and can't be registered after the buy.
